Common Questions
How does the billing work?
Once you sign up and you've chosen your region and plan (features), we will provide you access to the API endpoints and off you go. The pricing is listed on an annual basis but we invoice monthly in order for pro-rate the amounts. If you'd like to upfront pay for the year you can do so, and we will still bill monthly for the changes in data delivered.
How accurate are your boundaries?
We're proud to have the highest accuracy as we achieved an IoU (Intersection over Union) of 0.96, which is 10% higher than existing solutions. The other thing to keep in mind is the super-high resolution we operate with at 1m makes a world of a difference, especially considering that 83% of the world's fields are smaller than 2 hectares.
Can I test the API before paying?
Absolutely, we're glad you asked. Here is a link to our draft API, which includes all the documentation. In order to request a token, ping us on hello@digifarm.io and we'll create one for you.
Do you provide full map integration of data layers?
We don't provide edit/create capabilities, as it creates difficulties with data sync and versioning. We only provide a simple JS library which includes manual editing of vertices, split/merge fields, remove/add holes.
Do you provide location search ?
Is the Sentinel-2 base map optional?
Yes, absolutely, we offer to serve the data with our Sentinel-2 super resolved base map at 1m (from 10m) which not only looks great in your solution but it also ensures the boundaries reflect the current, up-to-date changes yearly.
However, if you'd like to keep your base map and only have the data in shape file or through our API, this is not a problem at all.
